Turning this 5-dollar charcoal into a 1000-dollar masterpiece.
At first, the process looks chaotic and unorganized but just wait till you see the finished result in only 42 seconds.
Once the base is finished he uses duct tape to cover different parts of the drawing that will be revealed in the end.
Now he gently smears a sponge with a thick layer to create form and uses a special knife to add deep shadows.
It's almost done.
This part makes all the difference.
Adding nuanced lighting and slowly removing the duct tape for the finished product.
Can you imagine people paying a thousand dollars for these paintings?
