In partnership with Airbus Defence and Space, Plexal has supported nine groundbreaking companies through an initiative designed to collaboratively propel innovative technologies to new heights 🚀
A huge congratulations to our cohort including ANGOKA, Applied Atomics, Aquark Technologies, BioOrbit, Calnex Solutions, D-RisQ, LIA Aerospace, Magdrive and Yondar, which have graduated our first Airbus Space Accelerator following an epic 14-week journey that travelled beyond the stars.
Commenting on the project, Plexal CEO Andrew Roughan said: "We've managed to find 600 organisations, down selected to 150. We're proud to have launched alongside Airbus, the Space Accelerator programme, that highlights nine of those companies to meet the needs of the end user."
Vanessa Viney, UK & US Innovations Manager at Airbus Defence and Space, added: "SMEs and startups are absolutely vital for someone like Airbus. They're agile, can work at speed and come with great ideas. And if we look at the ecosystem overall, the diversity we can have is amazing."
