We are Igor and Mike, independent musicians from Ukraine.

We grew up in a peaceful, sovereign state. We, and millions like us, went to school, learned to play guitar, fell in love, had our dreams and hopes in Ukraine, a place we called home.

We heard about war from our grandparents, the generation of Holocaust survivors. We said “Never again” and took freedom for granted - until Feb 24, 2022. Today our nation witnesses war crimes beyond imagination, again. Our hearts are broken and scarred forever.

Started by one bully, this is everbody’s war. Every economy is paying a price. The world governments give us weapons and shelter. But it is our soldiers and civilians lives that we give.

As our brave army stands against the Russian empire defending our freedom, the two of us fight by doing what we do best - music. We wrote this song to increase awareness around the world, and raise more humanitarian donations.

Many ukrainian non-profits continue to receive immense support from governments and individuals across the globe, and allocate money to first aid kits, medicine, evac transport, volunteers work and refugees help.

We are not associated with any fund; we've chosen to donate to Nova Ukraine, a Bay Area based nonprofit. Please consider donating to their fundraiser in partnership with UNICEF:
