Ingredients

For the crust:
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2–4 tablespoons cold water

For the filling:
1 cup half and half
1/4 cup unsalted butter
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate-
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
3 egg yolks
