1. Set KG Status to Completed for Enable OEM function
2. Full flash same binary firmware or latest by odin
3. Enable OEM unlock
4. After Enable, KG status stay Prenormal
5. Remove CC
5. Set KG status to Checking
6. Unlock bootloader
