Traditional step box designs have small openings that can result in cumbersome access and can sometimes even limit the size of the items that you are able to store inside. We saw this as an opportunity to redesign the step box - and we call it "The Big Mouth".
Our new big mouth step box design increases the size of the opening by approximately 50%. This makes seeing, accessing, and storing your equipment less cumbersome, and allows larger sized items to fit into a smaller box. The boxes are built from the same 1/8-inch thick marine-grade aluminum with durable stainless steel hardware to continue to provide the security and functionality that our products are known for.
Our Big Mouth Step Boxes are available in a seven different sizes and three lid finishes to suit your taste and fit your truck. Standard big mouth step boxes available with smooth or checkerplate aluminum doors, with an optional mirror-finish stainless steel lid.
