Toddler tantrums are tough to manage. It can be extremely hard for parents of toddlers and young children to remain calm and helpful instead of being drawn into the energetic drain. Teach feelings for kids and help toddlers learn self awareness. It's never too early!

Annie has an outburst of emotion when her anger leads her to yell at her brother. Annie is inspired to write a song to learn ways to stay calm in the face of her own frustration and fear.

Anger is a secondary emotion. When it’s activated, our heart rate increases, our breath becomes shortened and we prepare our body to fight, flight or freeze. Sometimes an emotional outburst follows and in many cases in childhood, the tantrum ensues.

Annie & Rocco talk about past experiences that have led to screaming and tantrums. By understanding the primary emotion which led to their anger, together they find ways to control their tempers, in an effort to build a relationship based on respect and consideration as brother and sister.
