Scottish Masterchef Dean Banks invites Kalani onto a lobster boat in Arbroath, Scotland. Kalani learns how lobster are caught, and learns about Dean's use of Scottish produce in the kitchen.
After they caught the lobsters, Dean shows Kalani how to prepare his signature lobster dish from start to finish. This also includes the proper way to humanely cook a lobster, as well as using all parts of a lobster in the kitchen.
