In this Photoshop tutorial we are going to learn about Clipped Pixels using Levels adjustment Layer.

In Photoshop, "clipped pixels" refer to areas of an image where the brightness or color values exceed the maximum or minimum values that can be represented. This can happen when adjustments are made to the image that push the brightness or color values beyond the range that can be displayed or printed.

When pixels are clipped, the detail in those areas is lost because the software cannot represent values outside its range. This can result in loss of detail in highlights (when brightness values are clipped to pure white) or shadows (when brightness values are clipped to pure black), leading to areas of flat color or white/black spots in the image.

To avoid clipped pixels, it's important to monitor your adjustments and make sure that important details are not lost in highlights or shadows. Techniques such as using adjustment layers, histograms, and curves can help you make precise adjustments while minimizing clipping.
