The Polemarch is a Civic Age infantry unit in Chronicles: Battle for Greece available at the Town Center to the Spartans. It is a free hero unit with lots of abilities, but with a very low build limit.

The Polemarch has an aura in which military units receive the following benefits:

Attack 15% faster
Morai - move 15% faster (disables Ephorate)
Ephorate - regenerate hit points (disables Morai)

You can only have two polemarchs alive. Once one dies, you can train another one for free.

The Elite Hippeus has the technology Krypteia researched.

Krypteia: Infantry receive 33% less bonus damage

The Polemarch has Ephorate researched.

Ephorate is a unique technology in Chronicles: Battle for Greece available to the Spartans at the Town Center upon reaching the Classical Age. Once researched, it increases the radius of Polemarchs' aura and grants them the ability to passively heal the player's nearby units.

Cost: 45 Food, 20 Gold (Supplies)

In the total resources series, we consider 100 Food = 100 Wood = 100 Gold. In the equal resources series, we consider 100 Food = 100 Wood = 17 Gold.
