The WELGUN is arguably the best SMG out on Vanguard right now and I wanted to get in on the action of experiencing this monster! After two videos of leveling the WELGUN I finally got it to max level and decided on a build for it. Lets just say in this video there are a lot of kill chains and quads to triples lol.
