This is the well known Yaesu FT-767GX all mode HF transceiver for ham use. It was sold from 1986 to 1993. It can be expanded to either 6m, 2, and/or 70 cm by adding plug-in modules in the back. So this can be done without the need to open up the radio, and in this respect the FT-767GX is unique.
As you can see in the video, the FT-767GX might be 30 years old by now but it can hold its own in today's ham radio market. It gives off good power with very low IMD, it is exact on frequency and sound perfect. The receiver is a pleasure to listen to and has many features to fight interference. The transmitter can be easily expanded for MARS use or 60 meter use by toggling an internal switch.
