120lbs Dumbbells Press at 56 | #shorts - Still Pressing Heavy at 56yrs of age. 120 lbs on Incline Dumbbell Press. Every once in a while you've just gotta test yourself. And let me be clear...this is NOT my normal workout weight. Normal incline press with dumbbells would be closer to 80lbs-100lbs for reps.
