A cursed alcoholic American begins waking up in a new European country every time he falls asleep bringing his addictive alcoholic and egotistical personality into question.

From the directors: Schengen was created entirely by three filmmakers, Matthew Brdlik, Marcus Aubin, & David Neylon while backpacking around the Schengen zone in May 2019 when a film they collaborated on got into the Sci-fi London Film Festival. Traveling is the antidote to ignorance. Some people have to learn this the hard way. To many, traveling the world could hardly be considered a curse, but with the wrong outlook on life even heaven on earth can feel like hell.
