Thales From France Delivers Second CM200 Air Defence System to Ukraine
Under the auspices of the French Ministry of the Armed Forces, Thales has announced the signing of a new contract with the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence for the delivery of a second complete Thales Air Defence system. This acquisition aims to bolster Ukraine's defensive capabilities in the face of ongoing threats. The newly contracted short-range air defence system includes several state-of-the-art components: the ControlMaster 200 (CM200) integrated with a Ground Master 200 air surveillance radar, a sophisticated radio communications network, the ControlView Air Defence command-and-control centre, and portable weapon allocation terminals.
