Odoo’s Expenses app acts as a bridge between Accounting, HR, and Payroll departments to make receipts super easy to file and manage, for everyone involved!
With Odoo Expenses you can:
• Easily log individual expense entries by title, date, expense category, and more. Attach receipt PDFs or pictures for in-app view.
• One-click create batch reports that pull in all open expense records as individual line items, and compile them into one submission form.
• Create and configure taxable categories like travel, lodging, and meals, along with fixed price-per-unit categories like mileage.
• Approve or reject individual line items on received expense reports, and create multi-layer approvals across supervisor, manager, accounting, etc.
• Automatically convert emailed receipts to new expense records. Just email your receipt attachments, using an email delivery alias in Odoo, and include the basic information like expense category and total cost.
• Easily split expenses and attach relevant sales orders. Re-invoice customers and vendors alike on line-item expenses or total project costs not covered by your company’s policies.
• Scan in receipts on-the-go using the Odoo mobile app. Log your expenses on-the-go with your phone and Odoo will fill out all of the relevant fields with each scan!
