While tuning the carbon WRX on the dyno with the new Haltech setup, disaster struck—our fuel pumps failed. Upon inspection, we found the pumps were corroded and oxidized from sitting in old ethanol fuel for three years. With the clock ticking, we had no choice but to install a new Walbro 485lph pump. To make things more challenging, we opted for a tricky in-tank fuel surge setup. The pressure is on to get everything dialed in and running smoothly before the weekend deadline.
