Day 26 r4 - Early travel tips - Early to gym time as post 8am it get full and late evening as everyone else is out partying. If doing an early rise, read and exercise thing like myself then grab everything you need. Book, water, workout clothes, etc. Otherwise if you are with family they will complain about you going in and out of the room. Plan the early escape the night before.
