Developing Cognitive Academic Language Proficiency
Students in secondary education have to develop a range of cognitive skills and language that will enable them to engage fully with their curriculum. This webinar will explore the relationship between language and cognition. We will look at the types of cognitive skills students need to develop, and the general academic language required to develop these skills and demonstrate learning through English. This webinar will suit CLIL teachers and language teachers in secondary schools.
