What's new in After Effects 2019 version 16.1

In September, a new update After Effects version 16.1.3 was released.
After Effects 16.1.3 fixes a critical bug that occurred when importing variable frame rate video clips created on Nintendo Switch using the built-in video capture feature. Some video capture software from Elgato, such as Game Capture HD, may also have problems. These issues only occur in After Effects version 16.1.2.
