केसांसाठी संजीवनी बुटी आहे हे तेल,केसांची प्रत्येक समस्या होईल दूर | Homemade Hair oil Recipe
साहित्य
Coconut oil/खोबरेल तेल 300 ml
आवळा/ gooseberry 5-6
कांदा/ onion 3-4 मध्यम
कढीपत्ता/curry leaves
जास्वंद फूल आनि पत्ती/ hibiscus 5-6
घृतकुमारी/Aleovera gel 2 tsp
जवसं /flaxseeds 2 tsp
मेथीदाना /fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
तेलात वरील सर्व साहित्य घालून अगदी मंद आचेवर अगदी गडद रंग येईपर्यंत शिजवून घ्या रात्रभर गार करून घ्या आनि दूसरे दिवशी गाळून घ्यावे.
आठवड्यातून एकदा किवा दोनदा केसाला मालिश करावी. रात्री झोपण्याच्या आधी तेल हलके गरम करून घ्यावे आनि केसाच्या मुळाशी आनि सर्व केसाला तेल रात्रभर लावुन ठेवावे दूसरे दिवशी mild शैम्पूने केस धुवावे. Best results साठी आठवड्यातून एकदा केसाला दही अर्धा तासासाठी लावुन केस धुवावे. केस छान नरम,मुलायम, होतात.
