I'll show you how to solder a bumper on a car with a soldering iron and a soldering iron. Sealing a bumper is a rather complex task that requires professional skills and special equipment. Sealing is typically performed on plastic bumpers to repair cracks, chips, or other damage. How to solder a bumper:
remove the bumper from the car;
clean the damaged area of the bumper from dirt and grease, the surface should be clean and dry;
if there are chips or protruding edges, carefully smooth them out with sandpaper;
use special plastic welding equipment (soldering iron or soldering gun). Follow the instructions for setting up and using the welding machine. Work carefully and monitor the temperature to avoid overheating the plastic.
perform sealing by melting the plastic of the bumper and merging it. Gradually move over the entire damaged area;
make sure that the connection is strong and the bumper is restored.
After sealing is completed, carefully sand the welded areas to make the surface smooth. It may be necessary to use different grits of sandpaper;
if necessary, paint the bumper to give it a factory look.
