Hey everyone! This video is about how to negotiate your tech job offer. I know negotiations can be a bit intimidating, but hopefully some of the advice and resources I give you in this video will help you feel more comfortable. I am PM for Microsoft Mixed Reality and I wanted to make this video because I want everyone to feel more comfortable in their negotiation process. This video is geared more towards folk in their early-in-career but this applies for everyone!
