If you are an English teacher or an English student then this website might be really useful. This video shows you a website that offers free listening and reading material of very high quality. There is listening material on a whole range of very up-to-date topics and each of the listening podcasts comes with the typescript. The website is very easy to access and there is a free account that allows you to access the current events material. What I particularly like about this website is that you can listen and read at the same time. When you play the audio the typescript is clearly marked so that you can read at the same time as you listen. This is a great website for practicing your listening skills and your reading skills.

This site is also ideal for a teacher who wants to set up interesting discussions in the classroom, do flipped classroom lessons or blend their learning.
