Depth Nomads project started as a way for me to continue practicing freediving during COVID lockdowns by exploring nearby lakes in the Pyrénées mountains. The project grew to become a community of people who embrace their differences and challenge themselves by engaging in physical activities in nature. The collisions of different environments and the acceptance of change are metaphors for life itself. Being part of Depth nomad is about embracing oneself and creating transcending friendships while experiencing adventure in nature.
Le projet Depth Nomads a commencé comme un moyen pour moi de continuer à pratiquer l'apnée pendant les confinements successifs dus à la crise du COVID, en explorant les lacs des Pyrénées. Le projet a évolué pour finir par constituer une communauté de personnes qui acceptent leurs différences et se lancent des défis en s'engageant dans des activités physiques dans la nature. Les chocs de différents environnements et l'acceptation du changement sont des métaphores de la vie elle-même. Faire partie de Depth Nomads, c'est s'ouvrir et créer des amitiés transcendantes en utilisant la nature comme prisme.
