Setup Python on Windows (Tensorflow, OpenCV)
In this video I will show how to set up a Python development environment in PyCharm on Windows 10. This process covers installing the programming language Python, the IDE PyCharm, Anaconda as virtual environment for your Python Interpreters and finally setting up a virtual environment and installing the AI framework Tensorflow and the picture framework OpenCV into the environment.
