✨ EXCITING NEWS ✨ We are immensely proud that Complete Anatomy has been nominated by Apple for its Apple Design Award in the Inclusivity category for our work on the world’s first full female 3D model and our skin customization update. We at Elsevier Health recognize there is much more that needs to be done to improve representation in healthcare education, and we’re committed to being a positive driver of that change.
Over the course of the past 6 years, the teams of 3D artists, medical experts, engineers, designers and researchers at Complete Anatomy have committed themselves to delivering not just innovative and ground-breaking inclusive 3D models, but also to delivering a sensitive, thoughtful and community engagement-led approach, working with Subject Matter Experts in the field of Diversity & Inclusion, and the very latest research to create a rounded, insightful and joyful experience for our users. As a product that students interact with from day one of their medical studies, we are uniquely placed to diversify the outlook of tomorrow’s healthcare professionals, and to encourage them to demand a future where all people receive an equitable standard of patient care.
