At this time, myself and my Arizona lakes had been through a lot. Recent fish kills made fishing extremely hard and before this specific season, it had been 4 years since I caught a fish bigger than 6lbs. With less fish and more pressure, I had to change my mentality and approach to find and catch big bass again. Thanks to the likes of Mike Gilbert, I became a much better trophy hunter and it all lead to this moment with my first double digit.
