GGG nerfed Summoners and my favourite League Starter, so I had to come up with a short list of safe and interesting Starters for PoE 3.24 Necropolis League...

💥5. Caustic Arrow of Poison 💥POB was removed from this list as I'm getting a very valid advice from the viewers that as the transfigured gem relied very heavily on tinctures that will be removed in 3.24, this gem is losing 80% of its power... Which is a fair point.
🚩 I will add a generic Caustic Arrow build to this list if it proves to be worthy of your attention. Stick to the other 4 for now and stay tuned for the follow-up video with some other solid League Starter builds.
