China's rapid development and Sino-American relations have a direct impact on the lives of just about everyone in the United States. CHINA Town Hall: Local Connections, National Reflections, is a national day of programming with audiences in 66 cities and towns across the United States, designed to provide Americans the opportunity to discuss these issues with leading experts. The program featured a live webcast with Madeleine K. Albright, the 64th U.S. Secretary of State. The seventh annual CHINA Town Hall was held on October 28, 2013.
