This video shows you how to redeem a region-locked for activation Xbox One digital games. This video topic has been requested for quite some time since I made the How to Redeem a Xbox Live Gold Region-Locked digital code video back in 2018. The steps are similar but you have to go back to your Xbox One console and see if the game appears in your "My Games and Apps" section. If it does not, you need to search for the game in the Microsoft Store on your Xbox One and add it that way.
I cannot guarantee that this works so you might want to make sure that you can purchase the game you want to do this for in the Microsoft store as a precursor. That can help ensure you don't waste your money.
The last section of the video shows where I play Sonic Mania on my Xbox One console after I redeemed the Brazil region-locked for activation version of the game on the redeem.microsoft.com website.
