Dark Souls 3 ▶ How to get to Dilapidated Bridge bonfire from Undead Settlement
From the Undead Settlement, proceed to the courtyard with the Evangelist. Proceed forward into the hallway with the Cage Spiders. Drop down onto the lower level and make your way outside. Proceed past the Evangelist or take the shortcut on the roofs to the right and drop down onto the area with the Dilapidated Bridge bonfire.
