Adding Value through Design Thinking
The paper focuses on circular economy and case study approaches of architectural reuse. Methods to evaluate economic, environmental and social impacts are discussed. Participants will be able to understand and describe innovative workflows for architects towards circularity. In addition, participants will observe experimental material assembly through the case studies and their deployment at architectural scales. Thirdly, participants will be exposed to tools that evaluate greenhouse gas emissions of design interventions.
