This is a video of me visiting the newly refurbished Cathay Pacific Business Class Lounge of the London Heathrow Airport, as part of my latest flight from London back to Hong Kong. Cathay Pacific has used Lounge C of Heathrow Terminal 3 for many years. The lounge underwent renovation in November 2015 and reopened in its current form in late November 2016, after a few months of delays.

However, it is definitely worth the wait. The size of the lounge has more than doubled, and it now has a bar area and food hall in addition to just the reading and dining areas. The menu of the Noodle Bar has been expanded to include dim sum in addition to the usual noodles. In addition, Cathay has started to serve their own inhouse beer, the Betsy Beer, which is co-brewed with the Hong Kong Beer Co.

I liked the chairs facing the apron the most, just like the chairs facing the apron at the Bridge Lounge in the Hong Kong International Airport. Cathay Pacific is thoughtful enough to place special desks with power sockets and USB ports inside their drawers so that I can charge my phone and laptop as I relax. While my flight was delayed for 30 minutes, I did not mind since it meant I had more time to enjoy this lounge.

In case you are wondering, I am currently preparing my flight report for my London-Hong Kong flight. Once it has been uploaded, it will contain a link to this video, and I will also add some cards in the middle of this video so that you can continue enjoying my flight report.

For your information, this lounge can be used by Business Class passengers of Cathay Pacific (CX) and Finnair (AY). It can also be used by Oneworld Sapphire members or above flying with other members of the Oneworld Alliance like American Airlines (AA), Airberlin (AB), British Airways (BA), Iberia (IB), Japan Airlines (JL), LATAM (LA/JJ), Malaysia Airlines (MH), Qantas (QF), Royal Jordanian Airlines (RJ), S7 Airlines and SriLankan Airlines (UL).
