We have a 10 minute follow along video to help rehab and exercise lower back pain, There are 10 exercises, 45 seconds on each with 15s rest.
This is mainly if you’ve got acute back pain local to back not into leg so not really for you if you’re experiencing more sciatic type symptoms.
If you find any exercise uncomfortable reduce the range you go into, repeat one of the previous exercise or skip that exercise and wait for the next one.
Complete this twice a day, so only 20 minutes total.
Find a space you can lie down in, it can be the floor or the bed!
