I used OBS Studio on my Mac to record from the camera.
For use on an iPad with USB ports, get the USB Camera Pro app https://apps.apple.com/us/app/usb-cam... (There is a unintuitive setting to change resolution to 3840x1080 and frame rate) or CamX.
The quality is quite good. I just need to build a housing to protect it when used outdoors in the future. I wish Apple would add UVC support to iPhones. We could have lots of normal ortho 3D "spatial cameras" for the iPhone if that happened.
