My Parsun F5 BMS outboard motor will not start and the spark plug is wet. There is a spark at the spark plug. I'll show you how to remove the carburetor and fix the damage yourself. If your Parsun outboard motor won't start, here are some steps you can take to resolve the problem:
Check fuel supply: Make sure there is enough fuel in the tank and check that the fuel valve is open. Fill the tank if necessary. If you suspect the fuel system is dirty, you can try replacing the fuel filter.
Check the spark: Make sure the spark plugs are good and producing enough spark. If the spark plugs are old or dirty, replace them with new ones. Also check the ignition wires for damage or oxidation.
Check the ignition system: Make sure the ignition wires are connected to the spark plugs and to the appropriate terminals in the ignition system. Check the fuses associated with the ignition system and replace them if necessary.
Check the Battery: If your outboard motor has a battery, make sure it is fully charged and connected correctly. A low battery level may cause problems starting the engine.
Check the fuel system: Check for fuel leaks in the system. Also make sure the carburetor or fuel injection system is clean and free of debris.
Check the air intake system: Make sure the air intake system is not clogged with dirt or obstructions. Clean the air filter filter if necessary.
Check the oil: Make sure the engine oil level is within the recommended range. If the oil level is low, add suitable oil.
