A unique symbiosis of mountains and lake unites the Vorarlberg state capital. In his culinary travel magazine "limitless delicious", top chef Björn Freitag discovers the charming flair of the region and - of course - the rich culinary offer.
These include Austrian delicacies such as the Vorarlberger Käsknöpfle, as well as the preparation of whitefish, the most well-known and popular edible fish on Lake Constance.
With the so-called Riebel, the professional chef also enjoys a traditional Vorarlberg dish made from ground corn.
Björn Freitag also gets to know the Hotz family's yak farm, through which a type of cattle originally from Asia found its way to Austria.
A visit to the Pfänder, the region's local mountain, is a must, of course, as is a boat trip on Lake Constance.
In neighboring Lindau, on the German side of the border, Björn takes a trip into his own past and visits his old place of work, where his cooking career once began.
