Please do not make the same mistake as I did ❌
Take care of your eyes before you NEED to wear glasses and get headaches every single day.
Here are some of my advice ↓
1) Open your curtains - don't work in the dark with cool LED lights

3) Change your environment
4) Take daily walks - it will help your eyes focus on further distance than your computer screen
