In this video, we explore the how data moves through a computer, from secondary storage, to random access memory, through cache, to the registers in the central processing unit. Expect details about hard disks, solid state drives, random access memory, last level, level 2, and level 1 data and instruction cache, as well as the central processing unit which contains an arithmetic and logic unit, registers, and at least one program counter. We'll talk about hyperthreading more next time.
