Create a hamburger menu and a navigation bar animation using html and css.
Using div elements to create a hamburger menu icon and animated it into an arrow and show out the navigation bar when the cursor(mouse pointer) clicks it. At the same time, if the cursor(mouse pointer) hovers over one of the texts, then, the text which is selected will emit a shiny green glow.
