I've never played League of Legends, but I have watched Arcane, and after careful analysis I am happy to declare it my favorite tv show of all time. So of course, I'm going to make 500 video essays breaking apart every masterful storytelling element in it.

The first writerly topic I want to cover is how Arcane appears to ignore worldbuilding, but in reality, is mastering character building and storytelling. What if I told you that Hextech is actually just a representation of Jinx? And that Shimmer is the same?

What if I told you that despite every complaint I've made in past videos, I actually don't mind that Arcane never discloses key world info (like what they green stuff that powers the hover boards is? What is it??? If you know, please tell me, because I am actually curious. Not mad, just curious).

And what if I told you that it's currently 3 am and this video is schedules to go up in 6 hours and I am too sleepy to come up with more description? Just watch the video. It's good, trust me.
