Elden Ring vs Steam Deck Performance Test | Low-Medium-High-Ultra Graphics Compared
In this Elden Ring PC benchmark video, we'll be testing Valve's Steam Deck's performance while playing the game. We tested the Steam Deck in docked and undocked modes, using AMD's FidelityFX Super Resolution 1.0 technology and cycling through low, medium, high, and ultra settings.
The Steam Deck exceeded our expectations and easily achieved 40 fps or more during the benchmark test. Although it didn't consistently hit 60 fps, the Steam Deck's performance on Elden Ring is still impressive given its hardware limitations.
We found that the game is playable at 1080p and looks decent enough to enjoy on a bigger screen during special occasions like vacations.
