I CHALLENGE MY SELF ON MAY 07 2023 , SUNDAY @ 48.9 YEARS TO GET A BEST BODY SHAPE . WHILE I M HAVING VERY BAD SHAPE RIGHT NOW. ALSO TESTING MY UNIQUE CONCEPT OF DIET AND TRAINING ON MY OWN SELF.
