Giant Trevally, or Caranx ignobilis, are large marine fish that thrive in tropical waters and are spotted at the Mainit Point. These fish can grow up to a maximum known size of 5.58 feet and can weigh up to 80 kilos! Usually of silvery gray color, grown trevally show black coloration as they age. Giant Trevally are apex predators, patrolling the reefs and feeding on molluscs, crustaceans, and cephalopods.
