Structural Analysis Lab @ Darshan University, Rajkot (NABL Approved)
For being a good structural engineer there are two inherent qualities needed, that feel the forces
and behaviour of structure accordingly. Structural Analysis Lab consists of various practical
models. These models improve subject knowledge as well as gives true visualization of structural
member’s behaviour under different loading conditions.
Laboratory is fully equipped with instruments such as Bending moments in a Beam, Shear Force
in a Beam, Elastic Properties of Deflected Beam, Verification of Clerk’s Maxwell Reciprocal
Theorem, Behaviour of Column and Struts, Three Hinged Arch, Pin Joint Truss, Deflection of
Truss, Portal Frame, Redundant Joint Truss.
