I built an indoor hydroponic garden — not because I’m obsessed with plants or want to become the next Green Thumb influencer — but because I was sick of wasting money on groceries. Every month, I watched fruits and vegetables spoil in my fridge, throwing away cash along with wilted greens. So I decided to try something different: grow my own food at home.
