It's been a little minute since I have given you all a Natural Hair Update. In 2023 I fell all the way off with my haircare routine and my hair definitely suffered the consequences. I had heat damage, more breakage than normal, and basically had no length retention. I'm sharing the things I did NOT do in 2023 and sharing the things I will be doing in 2024.
