Roz is one of the memorable characters in the animated movie “Monsters Incorporated”. She works in the company's records department and constantly reminds the main character Mike Wazowski of his responsibilities to turn in scare reports. At first glance, Roz seems stern and grouchy, but at the end of the film it is revealed that she is actually secret agent number 1 of the Diversity Directorate, a secret organization that keeps the company in order. Her stern and mysterious character adds both comic and unexpected moments to the movie.
