Uru Family's OMELET of YAKISOBA?! A YUMMY + EASY + QUICK to cook recipe!
◉ Have you tasted an OMELET of YAKISOBA?! Come learn how to cook the Omelet Yakisoba recipe that is YUMMY + SUPER EASY + QUICK to cook! It's a perfect dish for the days that you don't have much time and feel kinda lazy to cook but still want to eat something delicious! Try to make this Uru's family Omelet Yakisoba recipe, I think you're going to love it! ^^
◉ Ingredients {1 person}:
• Yakisoba noodles with sauce = 170g
(I used a pre cooked yakisoba noodles but you can adapt with your favorite yakisoba)
• Eggs = 3~4
• Black pepper = to taste
• Salt = to taste
◉ Directions:
1. Beat the eggs.
1-2. Add black pepper and salt to the eggs and beat them until they're well mixed.
2. Add the noodles {pre-cooked}, sauce and mix it over low heat.
2-2. Mix it over low heat until the sauce entwine the noodles.
3. Add cooking oil or olive oil.
4. Cook the omelet over medium heat.
5. Put the yakisoba in the corner of the omelet.
6. Fold the side that was left.
7. I like to put ketchup to decorate but in this case it depends on your taste.
